Ivy S.★★★★★2026-02-15Dr. Manos was my medical angel! I went to him weighing almost 200 lbs as a 5.3 Inch, woman. I had never weighed as much in my life and knew I needed help. His nurses and office staff were so pleasant and understanding. Dr. Manos and I discussed my goals and made a plan that worked around my needs and hopeful timeline. I ended up loosing a total of 60 lbs in under 1 years time despite missing a month or two in between due ro my crazy work schedule. Dr. Manos understands the struggles and distractions in life that stand in the way of putting ourselves and health first. He encouraged me and made me feel like there was hope and more so that I was worth it. He worked around my schedule and budget when needed. I can assure you there is no other Dr that will prioritize your weight loss goals, and your overall health! My deepest gratitude goes out to Dr.Manos and his front office staff as well! Dr. Manos provides what you need its up to you to listen to your body! There is a huge difference between being genuiney hungry and being bored just feeling like eating. If you can establish the difference and maintain the dicipline to eat inly when your truely hungry , you will see the results w
Matthew P.★★★★★2023-04-02Wellesley Medical Group is one of the better things that’s happened to me recently. The team there has been great. Dr. Manos (John) is uniquely warm and knowledgeable. I don’t know exactly what I expected but it wasn’t a Dr. with such an impressive background. I’ve been trying to get into a weight loss clinic like this for quite a bit and wasn’t able to find availability for the next several months but, with this team having only opened this location fairly recently, they were able to see me right away. I’m lucky to have gotten in on the ground floor with WMG and I’m really looking forward to my future with Dr. John and his team.

Retatrutide is Eli Lilly's investigational once-weekly triple agonist (GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors). Five Phase 3 trials have reported positive results, and Lilly plans to submit it to the FDA in Q1 2027. It is not FDA-approved, has no brand name or price, and cannot be prescribed outside clinical trials or Lilly's physician-requested expanded access program. Products sold online as "research" or compounded retatrutide are not legitimate retatrutide.
Next milestone: TRIUMPH-5 head-to-head vs tirzepatide results (Expected ~Dec 2026)
