Sourcing standards
- Primary sources first. Regulatory and trial facts come from Lilly's own releases, the FDA, ClinicalTrials.gov and peer-reviewed publications. Trade press is used for context and always linked.
- Every number carries its source. Articles cite numbered sources inline; the status tracker links a source on every milestone.
- No invented people. We don't fabricate reviewers, authors, testimonials or credentials.
Confirmed vs Projected
Anything that has happened is labeled Confirmed with its date and source. Anything in the future — submission dates, approval windows, prices — is labeled Projected or Expected, because that's what it is.
Update cadence
When Lilly, the FDA or trial registries change something material, the status tracker is updated within 24 hours, and update-list subscribers are emailed when the change is significant.
What we never publish
Dosing, titration, reconstitution or "peptide calculator" content; sources or sellers for research-grade or compounded retatrutide; medical advice of any kind. Trial protocols are described only as study design.
