RetaMaps is an informational service. This policy describes what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Update list: your email address, ZIP code, and optional interest selections (e.g., "retatrutide status updates").
- Forms: what you submit in claim, report and contact forms.
- Usage analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting page analytics. We do not send your email, ZIP or search text to analytics providers.
Consumer health data notice
Signing up for retatrutide updates can signal an interest in a weight-related health topic. We treat that as consumer health data: we collect only what's listed above, use it only to send the updates you asked for and to operate the site, and we do not sell it or share it with advertising platforms. We do not use it for targeted advertising.
Residents of Washington (My Health My Data Act), Nevada and Connecticut have specific rights over consumer health data, including the right to access and delete it and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us via the contact form; we honor deletion requests for all users regardless of state.
Retention and deletion
Update-list records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; unsubscribing stops all email immediately. Form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle them.
Third parties
Email delivery, hosting, database and spam-protection vendors process data on our behalf under their own safeguards. We don't sell personal information.
