Tony P.★★★★★2026-09-03I came in hoping to make a dent in a stubborn "pot belly" that diet and running refused to touch, and BTL Vanquish genuinely delivered. The experience was surprisingly relaxing. Unlike treatments that freeze, suction, or pinch, the Vanquish panels hover just above your abdomen without touching your skin. It feels like lying under a concentrated heating pad or basking on a warm beach.......I read a book and drifted off during most of my sessions. The staff checked in frequently to monitor the heat level, ensuring it stayed comfortable and never spiked to a burn. Hydration is key. The clinic emphasized drinking plenty of water for two days before and after each visit to help flush out the destroyed fat cells, which made a noticeable difference in recovery and comfort. There was zero downtime!....just slight redness and warmth in the stomach area that faded within an hour. By four weeks after my final (fourth) session, the change was obvious. My lower abdomen flattened out, my button-down shirts stopped pulling around the waistline, and my favorite jeans closed comfortably without the usual pinching. I look 10 years younger with the missing persistent midsection fat gone!
Christopher J.★★★★★2026-09-01I’ve always been predisposed to carry fat on my abdomen and flanks. I didn’t think anything would work except liposuction. Beyond impressed with my results from vanquish and emsculpt neo. This whole experience exceeded my expectations. If you’re in the fence, do it!! So glad I did!
F M.★★★★★2026-08-27I am nearly 60, but after non-surgical Excelis and Emsculpt packages, I easily pass for my late 30s. It completely smoothed my fine lines and tightened up my sagging chin. The results look so natural that it has caused a couple of hilarious dilemmas. First, my career: I work in a professional field where age denotes senior experience, and people keep flagging me as a junior worker because I look too young I am honestly thinking about letting my hair go grey just to win back my professional seniority! Second, as a single guy, my dating life has gotten interesting; I keep having to turn away women who are entirely too young for me. If you want results so effective they disrupt your work and dating life, this is the package to get. Also the pricing structure is fair for the quality and much cheaper than San Francisco clinics, or even local plastic surgery affiliated operations.
Avi A.★★★★★2025-07-29Emsculpt at True Form really exceeded my expectations. I wasnt sure what to expect. I came in hoping to strengthen my core, and after a few sessions, I could really feel and see the difference. The staff is professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The spa itself is spotless and has a very calming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a non-invasive way to enhance your fitness results, this is definitely the place to go! Highly recommend!
hadis s.★★★★★2025-07-23I’ve been a fan of True Form since going to their Fremont office, so I was excited to try Emsculpt NEO at their Oakland location — and it did not disappoint! My abs feel tighter, more toned, and I’m already noticing a difference in how my clothes fit. The Oakland team is just as amazing as the Fremont crew — super welcoming, knowledgeable, and they really take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and getting results. Emsculpt NEO is such a game-changer if you’re looking to strengthen and sculpt without spending hours at the gym. Highly recommend both locations!

Retatrutide is Eli Lilly's investigational once-weekly triple agonist (GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors). Five Phase 3 trials have reported positive results, and Lilly plans to submit it to the FDA in Q1 2027. It is not FDA-approved, has no brand name or price, and cannot be prescribed outside clinical trials or Lilly's physician-requested expanded access program. Products sold online as "research" or compounded retatrutide are not legitimate retatrutide.
