My husband was a client here, starting last fall. After his consultation, they assured him that they would work with him since he was unable to come into the office. Things went well for the first six months. Then they started insisting he come in, the medication was not getting called in, calls were not getting returned, and the medication amounts seemed off when it would come in. Over about 6 months, he did lose about 20lbs, but it was the medication he was being given, which is normal for people on the type of shots he was on. He finally told them in 6/2025 he would no longer be a client. They continued to charge us until we put it in writing per the contract.

They screamed my escape plans from my abuser in full earshot of the waiting room, where my abuser was sitting. This violates HIPAA and put my health and life in danger. After all of that, they kept my money without providing any services for that quarter.
