Anita H.★★★★★2025-05-05I absolutely love Reflections Medical. I recently had the opportunity to receive a massage from Melanie. Let me tell you, it was an absolute privilege! She was professional, made me feel very comfortable, and the massage sent me into another dimension. She was also able to recognize areas which needed less pressure and more pressure and adjusted accordingly. This is no cookie cutter masseuse, she’s the real deal. Can’t wait to see her again!
Krishna P.★★★★★2024-01-17Allisha was wonderful and always willing to work with me and my crazy schedule. I would highly recommend her.
Rachael M.★★★★★2024-01-10This is definitely a 100% recommend! I've received nothing but top notch service and everything has exceeded expectations.
Soti M.★★★★★2023-03-13Great experience every time!
St.joeGrl★★★★★2023-01-24LOVE, LOVE this spa! First, Alisha does an amazing job running the office and with body procedures. Michael does the best facial I have ever had! Not just in the St. Joe area but in several metropolitan areas as well. Dr. Mosier is absolutely wonderful with cosmetic procedures - explains options and creates a natural look. So happy I found them and I can't recommend them enough!

Retatrutide is Eli Lilly's investigational once-weekly triple agonist (GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors). Five Phase 3 trials have reported positive results, and Lilly plans to submit it to the FDA in Q1 2027. It is not FDA-approved, has no brand name or price, and cannot be prescribed outside clinical trials or Lilly's physician-requested expanded access program. Products sold online as "research" or compounded retatrutide are not legitimate retatrutide.
Next milestone: TRIUMPH-5 head-to-head vs tirzepatide results (Expected ~Dec 2026)
