Ever since beginning treatment at Princeton Integrative Health, I’ve had an incredible experience with Dr. L, Jenna, and the entire staff. Week One (Week of Injury): I met with Dr. L and his staff shortly after my injury. I knew right away that my injury would likely require surgery, so I wanted to get to Princeton Integrative Health as quickly as possible. Dr. L and his team immediately recommended hyperbaric oxygen therapy and red laser light therapy to help with healing and recovery. Week Two (Week of Surgery): This was by far the most painful week, with a lot of inflammation and discomfort. Getting into the hyperbaric chamber and receiving red light therapy was a complete game changer. Sometimes my hand felt a little swollen afterward, but I understood that the treatment was increasing blood flow and bringing healing to the injured area. It gave me confidence that my body was getting exactly what it needed to recover. Week Three: I continued treatments in the larger hyperbaric chamber. I have slight claustrophobia, so I was initially concerned, but it honestly never bothered me one bit. The chamber was spacious and comfortable, and I actually looked forward to my sessions. W

My husband has taken a break from chemo due to the negative side effects to his body and internal organs.i researched IV Therapy, which led us to PIH. These ppl are incredible and the options they offered to help reinvigorate my husband’s immune system initially included Oxygen therapy (never offered through traditional chemo and immunotherapy) & mistletoe injections (do your research). For the first time in almost a year, I saw my husband truly resting. In as quickly as 1 week. If you’ve given everything else a try, and nothing is working, come here. Things will change and you’ll have options for all your healthcare done holistically and homeopathetically.

I have struggled to feel well for over a decade despite eating clean, daily fitness, prioritize sleep, and doing alllll of the things. I was overwhelmed, defeated, and heartbroken to see myself exhausted and unwell during these precious years with my four young children. Dr. Vinny was the first doctor to really hear me and give me hope. He is as warm and caring as he is knowledgable. After meeting the rest of the PIH team I was even more certain that becoming a member was the right decision. Brianna is a very smart and easy to connect with. Her insights regarding gut biome and digestion have already created positive changes. Rupali is another terrific support. Her calm energy, reassurance, and suggestions are so valuable as I navigate life around my healing. The entire staff is accessible and genuinely dedicated to the care of their patients. I can always reach someone easily during business hours and messages through the portal are responded to quickly as well. I can’t say enough about PIH. If you’re feeling hopeless about yoke health, give them a try, you will be so grateful. You deserve to feel heard, supported, and well.
