Not my Dr any longer ( after 30 years) 1) Incompetent staff that never sends medication correctly or to the correct pharmacy. Five days and 4 phone calls to have them send an antibiotic to the correct pharmacy last month. 2) Correcting Noor for the 15th time that, no I never had back problems, I had hip replacement. 3) Waiting for 2-3 hours to see a Dr. Not an exaggeration. 4) Going in for lab work to have cholesterol checked and finding that they decided not to run it because my insurance might not cover it. Not a word to me at the time. 5) After seeing them 4 times in 6 months being told I would need to come in for an appointment because a new Dentist wanted a clearance for minor dental work. 6) Twice asking for a call back to confirm they faxed prescription and not getting getting a call back. Calling again to have the person tell me " I told them to fax it". Was it faxed? No. Too late now on a Friday to get my medication until Monday. 6) Having to go in every 3 months for arthritis medication refills. For every medication even though they only listen to my chest. 7) Having them tell me my blood pressure looks good even though they never took it and we're looking at results from

I came to this office back in January for golfer's elbow and received a cortisone shot. Within a week, the pain hadn't improved, and I was told the injection had been administered incorrectly, so I had to return for a second attempt. Today, I arrived at 7:15 AM as the first patient of the day, specifically requesting Dr. Bunney. This time, I explained that I didn't need another shot but rather a referral for further treatment. Despite being first in line, I watched Dr. Bunney attend to other patients while I was left waiting, with no one addressing my concerns. Given the earlier misdiagnosis with the injection and now this experience of being overlooked despite being the first patient of the day, I'm very disappointed with the level of care and attention I've received. I expected better, especially after already dealing with the consequences of a procedure that didn't go as planned the first time. Finally Dr Bunney, came and yelled at me "Can you hold your horse in that room" in front of other patients. His body language was too offending, he threw my file on a desk and has never seen him like this. When i asked why I was not been seen based on the signup, he said other patient had

I understand that mistakes happen but when you make a mistake you need to call your patient (my Father in this case) and let them know the situation so we are not chasing around a ghost all week that was supposed to be his medication. Unacceptable.

Update: It took this office 5 days to send an oral antibiotic and topical antibiotic to get it to the correct pharmacy. 5 days. The condition resolved on it's own with neosporin. 6/27/26 went in to have Dr look at a large red bug bite that was not improving and for medication refill. Fearful of ticks. Asked them to send the prescribed antibiotic for skin infection to local pharmacy not my mail order pharmacy. 24 hours later, 3 phone call to office and still nothing. They assured me it went to the correct pharmacy but could not tell me the name. Pharmacy is now closed. I am leaving for the weekend without my medication. I have to say, every single time it's something. Missing medication. Wrong pharmacy. Oh, no one has seen you yet? How is your back? -I've never had back problems thank you. Your blood pressure is good - no one took my blood pressure... This is my fault for not find a competent office. Winter 2025: I thought their new "check in on line" was a great idea. Since they are always busy it's great to know in advance how long the wait will be so you can run an errand on your way, or stay home, if you live close . Just make sure you leave in time so as to follow the reasonab

As a patient of Dr. Bunney of 10+ years, I was disappointed by the way I was treated by his staff. I visited Dr. Bunney to remove a tiny skin tag. I was billed over $300 for a removal of a 1.1-2 cm "skin lesion." The manager, Catherine, threatened me with a $25 late fee and legal fees if I did not pay. I then discovered that they billed the wrong code. They admitted to billing the wrong code based on size, but Dr. Bunney said it was a "mole." This is completely untrue. Labeling it as a mole instead of a skin tag allows the office to charge a higher cost, which is fraudulent. I was denied my request to speak with Dr. Bunney, and when I requested a description of the "mole," Catherine abruptly hung up the phone. My family and I will never visit this office again. I will appeal this charge with my insurance company and file a complaint with the Michigan DIFS for improper billing practices. Despite Catherine's attempts to intimidate, I will not pay for a service that was not rendered. I strongly encourage other patients to review their bills carefully.
