I used the program for about a month and had great results!! The team is very encouraging and welcoming. Sonya always had a smile on her face when she greeted me. Tammy is very gentle with her hands and I never had any problems with my vitals or shots. Kimberly is very knowledgeable and made following the diet plan doable and easy. Unfortunately for good reasons I have to pause my weight-loss journey with Medi because I am now pregnant. After I have my baby , I will be coming back to resume my weight-loss and working with this amazing team!
