I have an appointment with doctor Fernandez as a new patient because my previous endocrinologist , moved out of state. She came very highly recommended by my previous provider, however, when scheduling an appointment, the front desk was very rude, very inconsiderate and immediately put me on hold for 17 minutes as soon as i said hello, my name and the reason for my call. I hung up and called right back and the young lady still answered the phone very aggressive tone, like I was disturbing her, i mean you are at work. Im not sure if I want to continue with this provider because the customer service is in the basement, and looking at the reviews it seems like Dr. Fernandez is amazing but the front desk staff needs to be retrained
