Nate S.★★★★★2026-09-29I've been a patient for many years, and have consistently experienced trouble reaching the office by phone, though using the portal has improved recently. The main problem is this office cannot provide the basic level of care - an appointment every 6 months. Wait times are often 3-4, sometimes 6 months for established patients, cancelations are frequent, and scheduling seems to rely entirely on the idea of the wait list. I have experienced annual visits several times. This is broadly true at LVHN, but particularly bad at this office.
marlene j.★★★★★2026-03-12PHONE SYSTEM IS VERY BAD I have been trying to get a refill for my husband's Nano pen needles for his insulin over a week or so. I understand Medicare has changed its policy and now they need an authorization form completed by the prescribing doctor or clinical staff member. The phone system is terrible; no one answers if you press 3 for a RX question so I pressed 1 to make an appointment to see a doctor and was fortunate enough to speak to a young lady named Ayesha who was so very helpful and caring and went out of her way to help me. She immediately sent a message to my husband's endocrinologist and the clinical staff stating an authorization form must be completed online in order for my insurance company to approve the pen needles. Thank you Ayesha and I hope LVH Endocrinology update their phone system.
Emmalin P.★★★★★2026-02-15Changed my appointment without confirmation, would NOT pick up the phone, hasn’t returned my calls since Wednesday.
Tom C.★★★★★2025-10-16I have been type 1 diabetic since 1978 and had used Dr Barilla untill he retied and everything was good . But since then I have nothing positive to say , from wrong meds sent in , not sent in ,trying to talk or get a call back, try to get answers on the portal, along with issues on scheduleing from this office is horrific. I dont think these issues are directly the Physician cause . I think there office staff is completely disorganized and have a genuine lack of interest in taking care of the patients needs. I will be looking for a new office, probably not with lvhn .
Sue I.★★★★★2025-10-01I've been coming to this office for 20 years and have been well satisfied. I was treated by Dr Doll until his recent retirement. I will be seeing Dr Erin Ebert for my next appointment, looking forward to meeting her.

Retatrutide is Eli Lilly's investigational once-weekly triple agonist (GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors). Five Phase 3 trials have reported positive results, and Lilly plans to submit it to the FDA in Q1 2027. It is not FDA-approved, has no brand name or price, and cannot be prescribed outside clinical trials or Lilly's physician-requested expanded access program. Products sold online as "research" or compounded retatrutide are not legitimate retatrutide.
Next milestone: TRIUMPH-5 head-to-head vs tirzepatide results (Expected ~Dec 2026)
