All staff from reception to Dr Boutros and his wife Jenny are amazing. They are down to earth, kind, and will take the time to explain the procedures or answer any questions. I did not feel rushed and I didn’t feel like just a number. I felt valued and heard as a patient. Both offices are exceptionally clean and they are very punctual. One time I made a mistake with scheduling- and they did their absolute best to accommodate me and offered to see me in their other office. If you’re interested in going to a med spa whether it’s you’re first time and you’re unsure where to go or you’re looking into a new place in general- go to Je Lu Ja! I’m already looking forward to booking my next appt 🩷
