Words are not enough to describe my gratitude and thankfulness for Dr. Herrera and Katie as my midwife… I found their office after my second pregnancy and a horrible first birth/OB experience with my first born. From the moment I found out I was pregnant with my second I had prayed to God for a redemption birth, pregnancy and of course a birth team who supported me as a mom and medically provided insight and wisdom with kindness, love and excellence during my medical experience. I cannot say enough that the team here exceeded every prayer and desire I had for my second birth. Every appointment I left with peace in my heart knowing I was in good hands with this team. From the front desk, nurses, to the doctors themselves. It was always a joy to have an appointment. I never felt rushed, always felt heard, and no question I asked felt “silly” to express. After finding I had “Cholestasis of pregnancy” the day before Christmas Eve… Dr. Manny & Katie swiftly did what was needed for a calm, peaceful and healthy induction to allow our baby boy to arrive into this world. It was the most precious redemption birth surrounded by the most amazing team. Even while at hospital over Christmas t

Dr. Herrera is amazing, he did my c-section 12 years ago and his been my doctor since, the front desk ladies are great, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Love the staff all around. Katie is amazing also, she has done my Botox, kybella, and also my annual checkup. She is so sweet and goes through everything with you. I’ve even gotten a facial here….Honestly, overall love them!

The situation involving my 2-year-old son was simply the straw that broke the camel’s back. My biggest concern has been my experience with Dr. Manuel Herrera and his approach to medical care. There have been several occasions where I felt his responses were unnecessarily extreme rather than focused on evaluating the issue. For example, I once messaged him because I developed a red rash on my face after throwing up. Given that I am a nurse practitioner I asked him if he could order some labs to make sure all was well. He told me to call 911 or go to Winnie Palmer. I found that response excessive. I felt there could have been a more appropriate approach, such as having me come into the office or ordering labs. Unfortunately, this was not isolated. There were other times when I felt the response was immediately to send me to Winnie Palmer for relatively minor concerns rather than evaluate me in the office. This became frustrating and made me question whether I was truly being heard and cared for. Then came the situatio
