I had an excellent experience at FIMA. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the staffs. They were professional, warm & friendly. Dr. St. Eloi performed my pellet procedure, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. UPDATE Spoke to Kelly the "manager" whom i called monday and she never returnee the call i called back today wednesday i was old she was out until 3pm then a few minutes later she called back saying she is not sure what she can do for me. i expressed to her after having my blood work from them reviewed that it was determined I was misdiagnosed i do not have a thyroid condition she kept talking over me i told her we can not talk at the same time and that i thought her behavior was unprofessional. She told me she does not appreciate me saying that she gave me the wrong medicine. I told her i never stated her i stated a provider a nurse practioner Sandra Eloi who works in her office did. When you are a manager you de escalate a sitution its not you they them its us you are apart of that entity. Dont try to upsell almost $300 of supplements that immediately started making me sick I called her a week after about this she said stop taking it and the thyroid medicine which I would wake up incoherent for over a month and she ultimately said stop taking. She denied me an antibiotic and said it was going to mess up my stomach let the body do its thing. I tried letting the body do its t
