I've been on too many weight loss programs to mention. Diet Mentor is the first one that I got to my goal so fast. 5 weeks!! I feel more confident and have gained back my self esteem. I feel healthier then before. This program was easy to follow for me. The money spent here would have gone to eating all the unhealthy things I've been eating in the past, instead it made me start picking healthy foods.
