Emily B.★★★★★2026-03-12First and primary point, Dr. Lender is absolutely WONDERFUL! This review is so low because of the awful front desk staff that I’ve encountered. The billing department does not update their records even when you get an EOB stating you overpaid and I’ve waited over 2 weeks for a simple call back before. When they finally did I got excuse after excuse with no apology. Update: they still owe me $300 after years of trying to get a response. Disgusting behavior.
Steven r.★★★★★2024-10-29Called for 3 weeks no answer I’ve left voicemail no response no call back, sent a email no response have they closed. Don’t want to hear updating the system again that one is used up. Hate to look for a new dr but at this point i have no choice.
Ceci H.★★★★★2023-02-25I see Dr. L. at this office, he is very knowledgable, kind and prompt in responding to his patient's messages through their portal. I'm not sure what is going on with the portal but in the past three weeks I've sent him messages with no response. Then I decided to call the office which I dread doing because no one ever answers the phone or return calls. I went ahead and left a detail voicemail for his medical assistance outlining my reason for calling, no one called me. After 48 hours I left another message for the medical assistant, still no return call. Today I called and left a voicemail on the appointment line to make an in person appointment, still waiting for a call. I decided to post this review because it seems as though this is a disturbing trend with Endocrinologists offices, the physicians are good but the office staff/customer service absolutely doesn't exist. It's very disappointing and frustrating when a patient is trying to get answers no one is responding. I wonder if something like this can be reported to the medical board because it's patient neglect. I'll look into it.
Will C.★★★★★2022-03-14Have not answered multiple emails or multiple phone calls. Not sure anyone actually works there
gmagam★★★★★2021-04-26The absolutely worst front desk office. It has been a week that i left messages about imaging results and no response, they sent the results with no follow up call or appointment requests and the office staff keeps telling I just need leave a mesage for the Dr assiatnce which i have and have gotten no where. Dr Dan is good but this staff is the worst. I would not have wasted my time here if I'd known. My next option is submiting a complaint to the Texas Health and Human resources.

Retatrutide is Eli Lilly's investigational once-weekly triple agonist (GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors). Five Phase 3 trials have reported positive results, and Lilly plans to submit it to the FDA in Q1 2027. It is not FDA-approved, has no brand name or price, and cannot be prescribed outside clinical trials or Lilly's physician-requested expanded access program. Products sold online as "research" or compounded retatrutide are not legitimate retatrutide.
Next milestone: TRIUMPH-5 head-to-head vs tirzepatide results (Expected ~Dec 2026)
