I had a really positive experience at Body by Premier. It took me a long time to actually book my first appointment after purchasing the consultation and red light package, but once I finally went in, it was absolutely worth it. Dr. K was very welcoming from the start, and took the time to explain the process, including what to expect and how it would feel. She was also incredibly helpful in walking me through other treatments she offers, as well as options available in the market more broadly, even if she doesn’t personally provide them. You can tell she is experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants her clients to feel informed and comfortable. I’ll definitely be going back for more!

I started lipolaser and Sinusculpt treatments at Body by Premier in March, and by June, I saw a *major* transformation. My body fat percentage dropped from 33% to 27.6%, and that was thanks to a combination of better nutrition, regular workouts, and these incredible treatments. I know the exact percentage change because I get DEXA scans every 3-6 months to track it. The red light lipolaser especially helped bring a huge reduction in cellulite which people noticed when I was on vacation. I personally feel stronger and more confident too—especially in the gym! I’m so happy to have found this office and Dr K. I highly recommend Dr K for all your chiropractic needs and the bonus is the additional services she provides in her office.
