Customers beware. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Bloom Aesthetics Med Spa since the change in ownership. I originally purchased a package of three one-hour HydraFacials under the previous ownership. When the business relocated, existing clients were not notified of the new location. I had to search Google myself just to figure out where they had moved. Unfortunately, the experience under the new ownership has been a drastic decline in both service quality and professionalism. At my recent appointment, I arrived on time and was told they were running behind. I was completely understanding and told them it was no problem. Despite this, I felt as though my being on time was somehow an inconvenience to the staff. What was supposed to be a one-hour HydraFacial lasted approximately 20 minutes. When I politely questioned why the service was substantially shorter than what I had purchased, the aesthetician told me, “I don’t know, you’re going to have to ask the receptionist.” When I asked the receptionist, she told me she didn’t know what to tell me and that I should contact the previous owner if I wanted another facial.
