Dealing with front desk is like dealing with kindergarten. There is a lack of patient care at this treatment facility. This was a wasted visit/afternoon. So much for VIP treatment!! Walked out after sitting and waiting for an hour. I DO NOT recommend this facility.

Aura Total Health & Wellness has truly become like family to me. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much they genuinely care about their patients. They always listen to me, support me, and help me as much as they can, which means more than I can put into words. It’s honestly one of the few places I actually look forward to going because of the positive environment and the amazing relationships I’ve built with everyone there. I definitely miss the NP that was there before because she was wonderful, but the new NP has also been absolutely amazing and has continued that same level of care and compassion. And the medical assistant? Top tier! Always professional, kind, attentive, and welcoming. I’m beyond grateful for the entire team at Aura Total Health & Wellness and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place where you truly feel cared for.

I had an excellent experience with this medical office. They offer a wide range of services including pain management, wellness care, vascular health, and orthopedic treatment, which makes it incredibly convenient to receive comprehensive care all in one place. Dr. Coralys was the best!! She is highly skilled, attentive, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. She explain treatment options clearly and mad sure I felt comfortable and confident in my care plan. The ladies at the front were just as impressive—professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate me, especially with my fear of needles lol. I truly appreciated the level of comfort they provided. The office itself was well-organized, clean, and efficient, with minimal wait time. You can tell the entire team is dedicated to patient-centered care and creating a positive experience from start to finish.
