Horrible experience. My wife and daughter went and had to wait 1.5 hours past the appointment time to be called in. When they finally saw Dr. Dewan, he entered the room without knocking, failed to introduce himself, and then said he was running behind and couldn’t answer all of my wife’s questions. Proceeded to give half-hearted answers on the questions he felt like replying to. He rushed through the appointment and was incredibly rude. Won’t be going back — awful experience.

I been going to see Dr. Dewan for my daughter since last year, he is an amazing Dr. And he met our concerns the only thing is we show up a lil before our appointment but still take a few to see us all the time and I can't complain because we do see many kids waiting to be seen as well plus he's very caring and can play around and make our princess fell comfortable since she is on the spectrum and we see many kids on other spectrum as well but overall he's an amazing Dr!!!!

This office is horrible! The ladies at the front look and act like they hate their jobs and are miserable. They probably are though from angry patients. It takes forever to get someone to answer their phone and when they do, they’re clueless. The doctor doesn’t explain things clearly. He says one thing and then doesn’t put in the order for the lab he asks for. He then told me we’d do one test first and then an expensive one if the first one came back concerning, but he only put the order in for the expensive one. I had to call the office multiple times and wait on the phone forever! Dr. Dewan tries to make you go through who he wants versus something that your insurance covers and when you call to ask about it, they tell you you have to make another appointment and pay another co-pay to answer a question, because the ladies are so incompetent they can’t ask the question correctly to him. Get a patient portal where patients can ask questions directly to him instead of other people relaying messages incorrectly. This place is just a money grab.

I’m here for my first appointment and it was an 1 hour and 15 minutes ago. I just walked out. Over booking is clearly a problem. 12 people who came after me were seen and left! I am frustrated and feel disrespected. This is unacceptable. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and kind. That’s the only saving grace for this place.
